Hello,
I would like to inquire about the compatibility of Honeywell SGC across different ServiceNow versions.
Our customer's instance was previously on the Yokohama version and has already implemented the Honeywell SGC. Upon checking store.servicenow.com, I found that Honeywell's information indicates compatibility with Yokohama, but there is no clear documentation regarding compatibility with the Australia version.
Our customer is planning to upgrade their instance to the Australia version, and we would like to confirm the following:
If the customer's current environment already has Honeywell SGC installed on Yokohama, will this SGC continue to function normally after upgrading to Australia?
If we have an Australia version environment that has never had the Honeywell SGC plugin installed, is there a way to still use this SGC?
If it is compatible, are there any additional installation, migration, adaptation, or configuration steps required?
If the current version is not compatible, are there any recommended alternative solutions or future support plans?
