SCCM and servicenow integration

Please let me know how does this last hardware scan field affect the intregration between SCCM and Servicenow.

1)  I can see very old (2024) last hardware scan date is not getting pouplated in servicenow (max cases)

2) I can see very new (08 May 2025) last hardware scan date is not getting pouplated in servicenow (min cases)

3) what is the role of last hardware scan field here.
