SCCM and servicenow integration

Hi all,

 

We have done SCCM and servicenow integration but below fields are missing.

pls help

  • The following fields are not populated and need to be investigated.
    • Most frequent logged in user (not populated at all)
    • Assigned to (not populated at all)
    • IP address (not populated at all)
    • Disk Space (not populated at all)
    • Ram (less than 10% not populated)
    • CPU Core Count (less than 10% not populated)
    • CPU Core thread (less than 10% not populated)
    • OS Version (less than 10% not populated)
    • OS Service PAck (less than 10% not populated)
    • Location (not populated at all)
    • Company (not populated at all)

Have you reviewed whether this information is available from the SCCM team? Not all of these fields are part of the OOB mapping and would require support from the SCCM team to identify which database view provides that data
