SCCM Integration - Mid Server selection

Hi everyone,

I would like to ask if what will happen in the SCCM integration if I select a MID Server that is included in a MID Server cluster, would it switch to other MID Servers automatically in case the selected MID Server is down?

Hi @ejayopiniano ,

For SCCM integration it is recommended to use dedicated MID Servers, as MID Server failover starts jobs again when a MID server in the cluster goes down. Specifically for SCCM, this can result in the new job causing a great deal of data duplication following failover.

So meaning, even if I select a specific MID server that is apparently inside a cluster, its still not recommended. Meaning I should have select a MID server with no cluster?
