Hi,
we have implemented SGC for Infoblox, but during synchronization, we noticed that records are not being removed/Operational,Install status not changed to retired in the the cmdb_ci_ip_network_subnet table when they are deleted in Infoblox.
Is this the expected behavior?
If so, could you please advise on the best way to ensure this deletion occurs?
Thank you All!

Hello @Petr7
No, the behavior you are observing where records deleted in Infoblox are not automatically removed in the cmdb_ci_ip_network_subnet table in ServiceNow is generally NOT the expected, desired, or default behavior of the Service Graph Connector (SGC) for Infoblox but it should update status as retired or non-operational.
Since you have implemented it but have a look on this which might be helpful.

Hi @Viraj Hudlikar,
thanks for the response. The “community” article you shared seems to be outdated, and I wasn’t able to find anything relevant in the documentation you provided. For example, the “SG-Infoblox Synchronize Network” datasource mentioned in the article no longer exists.
I’ll raise a support ticket either way, but if you have anything else in mind that could help, it would be appreciated.
Br, Petr
