Service Graph Connector hits not counted in IH subscription allocation

I noticed that Service Graph Connector for Intune API hits are being tracked in the IntegrationHub usage table (ua_ih_usage), but they are not counted toward the IntegrationHub subscription allocation.

Can someone clarify:

• Why are these API calls not counted in the subscription allocation?

• Under which subscription or allocation category do these counts actually fall?
