We are running on Xanadu and recently installed SAM-Pro, using SG-SCCM (Windows servers) and SG-Intune (computers) for data sources.
When the SCCM Software Import schedule runs, it populates table: cmdb_sam_sw_install
However, when the SG-SCCM Removed Software schedule runslater , it appears to delete everything that was just loaded.
We are working with a NOW partner, and they've never seen this occur; additionally, the case we have open w NOW Support has not yet yielded a solution.
Has anyone else run into this issue, and if yes, what was the resolution?
