Solar winds Data streams throwing an error

Hi Everyone, 
I am not familiar with Service Graph Connectors and Data streams. one of our solar winds Data streams is throwing the below error :

This is the Data stream Definition-

The Data stream takes Connection & credential Alias record as an input and triggered by a data source.
when navigated to Service Graph Connectors > Solar Winds > Data sources, I found a Solar winds Hardwar Data source with Robust Transformer defined. 
what is this error and the resolution for this ?


Any Insights are highly appreciated. Thanks in Advance !!

Hi!

This error usually happens when the data stream can’t process the input, often due to:

  • Invalid or expired Connection & Credential Alias

  • Changes in the SolarWinds data source fields

  • Issues in the Robust Transformer mapping

How to fix:

  1. Check your Connection & Credential Alias.

  2. Review Robust Transformer logs for mapping errors.

  3. Test the SolarWinds data source manually.

  4. Update transformer mappings if fields changed.

  5. Retry the data stream.

The logs will show exactly which field or CI is causing the failure.
