Solarwinds servicenow integration issue

Hi Team,

I have configured the Solarwinds servicenow integration and able to see the records are updated in cmdb_ci table but I'm not able to see any records under cmdb_ci_availability_zone table and under cmdb_ci_cloud_key_pair table. The relationships are not also not created.

Could anyone help on this. Thank you.

Hello,

Can you please show some screenshots if possible. Also did you tried running the associated data source or scheduled jobs ?
