Redirects are not working for Account [customer_account] page in CSM/FSM workspace.
I wanted to reach out to the community for help before createing a support case.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace
- Open an existing Case with Account field populated
- Use the i Icon to open the Account page (This is the record page, account tab)
- Account page opens successfully,
- However when clicking any link (ex Account Team Members > View all) the Account sys_id is undefined in the URL .
- now/cwf/agent/record/sn_customerservice_wholesale_operations/c4b148691b235410724e53de1d4bcb42/sub/simplelist/sn_customerservice_team_member/params/list-title/Team%20Member%20Contacts/query/account%3Dundefined/list-view/sow_team_view
The logic for this redirect can be found on the Account Overview tab of the record page in UI builder, within the "Link to destination - simplelist" Client script
