Dear All,
I have created a couple of assessments to help the organisation to rank the vendors properly.
### STEPS TAKEN ###
I have created a metric type called "Vendor Tiering". See configuration below.
I have created two metric categories:
Value considerations. See configuration below.
Market Complexity considerations. See configuration below.
I have created assessment metrics for each category. Each metric has a weight between 10 and 0 and for each metric the assessor has three choices and each choice has a value. See a couple of examples below.
I have tested one our vendor and the assessment works fine, but I don't understand how the values from the scorecard are calculated. See the scorecard below.
I summarised in an excel file what I created, but I can't figure out how the values are calculated.
Can you please help?
Thank you.

Hi @AEterni
Not 100% sure, but if you ask user or you fill this assessment , on the basis of the answer it get calculated.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

I know that, but what I don't understand is how the numbers are calculated.
I understand the overall rating is the average between the "Value considerations" and the "Market Complexity Considerations", but I don't understand why 0.87 and 5. I can't reverse-engineer the formula.
Cheers.
