assigned to is showing sys id of the user,i want to view the display name

on change request form oob field assigned to is showing sys id of the user,i want to view the display name of that user and not sys id pls help thank you

Hi

Try with different users if     issue not raise once again there is problem with the user record i.e not present in the user table may be deleted else issue with the assigned to   field attributes

Hi Crazy,

Check for other records as well, if the user record was deleted also, it may show sys_id in that field
