Attribute field not showing in Dictionary Entry

I am new in Servicenow and I don't know what I miss. I created my own application for testing purposes and when I tried to configure dictionary the "Assigned to" field which is a reference type then I'm on the dictionary entry page which I am not seeing the Attribute field.

Switch to Advance View in the dictionary record -> Related Links
