Can we create a multiple task for multiple suppliers in sequencial order to fulfilll the request in single RITM , with similar trigger condition?

yes, mate the sequential task creating is possible,Conditions depend on the business need, buddy. What and when you want to run the task should be defined in your catalogue item.

Thank you ... Is API/Email integration can only be triggered once per RITM ticket? While we can create multiple SCTasks and assign them to different providers, we cannot trigger both Email and API integrations in a single request?
