Whenever I try to start a course on ServiceNow, I receive the following error message:
Error occurred! Failed to load player dependencies Error: Failed to load resource file: 'js/resources/AppStrings.pt-br.js?cache=3437284', reason: , status: 404
Return to LMS
My language setting is configured to English. Although I am located in Brazil, I am not trying to translate the site or use any unsupported language. I have already tried switching browsers and tested on Edge, Chrome, and Firefox, but none of them allow me to access the courses.

Me too. This happens to me using my partner account and to my friends using their personal accounts. We stopped our learning because of this; no courses are opening. We've tried several browsers, cleared the cache, and nothing has worked.

Thank you for sharing this. Just an extra info:
Even if your browser language is english you have to change it again to work, my browser language was already english but it only worked when I changed again to english.
