I can not figure out how to make an event rule that takes my events and creates an incident from them. I'm able to manually create the incident from the alert associated with my event. But I can't get the rules to do it.
The event alert does not have an assignment group. Is it possible to create incidents via event rules for alerts without assignment groups?
