Find all tickets for a single user

Users often request assistance more than once during employment with a company. How can I find all tickets associated to a single user? Both Incidents and Requests. Previous systems I have used made this as simple as searching for the user's name, and this was a default feature. I have so far been unsuccessful attempting to find this feature of our newly deployed system.

You can open Task table and apply filter there.
