GeoJSON Floorplan conversions

Dear Community,

We are starting to implement the Facility Management module in some locations and we would like to start using the Floor Plans functionality.

I ´ve contacted Micello as the company ServiceNow usually refers us to for Floor Plans provider but I am not happy with their pricing model which involves fixed recurrent pricing for what its going to be mostly a one time activity.

We are searching for a partner or a freelancer that could support us on the conversion of Autocad files into GeoJSON format which is the one required by ServiceNow for this to work. We would like to have a one time cost per building or floor plan and then pay if we need to update something.

I wanted to reach to the Community to check if you had the experience or if you have other contacts we could work with to do a pilot.

You sure that this works? Of course you need a community map file and a correct naming, but only renaming the geojson file didn't work for me. The result in ServiceNow looks very different from what it should look like. What else do I have to do?

    We are facing the same issue as Fernando trying to transform our CAD files into GeoJSON files for use with the Facilities module's Workbench. It appears that Micello has been purchased by HERE Technologies only a few weeks ago (early 2018). Our attempts to contact Micello were unreturned and when the sales department from HERE Tech replied, they said that they do not have a tool to transform our files.

   We are unable to use available online transformation services due to our NDA requirements for our building plans.

   Does ServiceNow or anyone in the community recommend any other vendors that we can work with to transform our files?

Just to share follow up information. Micello is still operating but is part of HERE Technologies now. SNow support was able to put us in contact with the Micello staff and Micello is still able to assist with the creation and management of the GeoJSON files.
