How 'Due Date' is populated in RITM?

How 'Due Date' is populated in RITM? In OOB instance, it is showing 1 day from the request submitted date.

 

Note - 

1 . I changed Delivery time on catalog item  - no use

2. In workflow, everything is defined as empty. So no use

Using workflow it has been updated. on your workflow there is tab " schedule" and you will find column "
