how to set the fixed filter on agent workspace homescreen

Hi Team,

We have a filter to show all active task for their assignment group (for which logged in user is a member of).

we have created a filter which is showing as attached.

But user can remove that at a runtime.

which should not be the case.

I used, fixed filter, but still its not working.

Please help!

Hi Sri,

Filxed filter will not be obeyed in Agent Workspace. It will work for Navite UI.

I doubt if we can control it. Refer link for the same. Though it is for hiding but I doubt we can have any configuration applied for passing fixed query.

As you see the attached doc.

User have an option to view other tickets for which they are not a part of.

How to remove that or is there any other alternative solution for which user can see only their group tickets?

How is it working in Native UI? Is there no Query BR or Read ACL to control the visibility?

We need this requirement only on agent view.

Please help us on how to do the modification.

I guess, we can edit on 'sys_ux_macroponent.do' table on specific landing page composition.
