I am having the same issue, I have configured the same setting suggested by Snow team. Still I am getting the error 'I'm having technical issues and won't be able to continue this conversation'. Please let me know if you have the fix. Appreciate your response. Thank you!

At that time I was not able to figure it out.

Please try raising HI ticket with ServiceNow.

Thank you very much for your prompt response. Actually, Something is messed up in the Greetings Design. So, the communication was not happening from Greetings to another topic. So, I was getting that message. When I cloned the Greetings Design with OOB from my PDI, it is working fine.
