It is my understanding that if the landing page after submitting a SERVICE catalog item is changed to the RITM from the REQ, the landing page will still be the REQ when submitting an order guide. Which landing page appears if the landing page is changed to RITM from REQ for a PRODUCT catalog and the requester adds multiple items to the shopping cart, resulting in multiple RITMs.

After submitting a catalog item, ServiceNow redirects the user to the REQ landing page by default.
If the user is redirected to the RITM landing page, this behavior is the result of a specific configuration.
As a general rule, ServiceNow can only redirect to a RITM landing page when exactly one RITM is created.
When using the Product Catalog with the Shopping Cart, a single checkout can generate multiple RITMs. In this scenario, ServiceNow does not have a single RITM to redirect to, so it falls back to the REQ landing page.
