Import / Export Catalog and Items with all variables and variables sets.

Hello Community,

I have created a new catalog on the Test instance with multiple items and each catalog item has its unique variables, sets & UI policies.

Can you please guide me step by step on how to move the complete catalog with all the items to production instance?

why to move manually?

All those get captured in an update set.

You can simply migrate that update set to next instance.

Even if it was created two months ago and there were other changes done on the test instance? Where can I locate the set?

you can check the versions for that record.

Also you can visit sys_update_xml and check that component when it was captured.

Hi Ankur,

It is not showing the updated one. It only shows the day it was created. I tried the XML import, it is importing items only but not the variables, sets & UI.
