Model Id is unknown in cmdb_ci table

Hi,

The field model id in cmdb_ci table is stating "unknown" when it is discovered.

Seems like it has not mapped with wright Asset.

Can anyone please help!!

You might want to check the dictionary changes that have been made for the model_id field. The table this field refers to is cmdb_hardware_product_model

It seems like there is no suitable model created in the table suggested by you.

Do we need to create manually this model or it should sync from the asset which we discovered?
