modifying the widget instace of standard Ticket tab

Hi
I need to modify the instace of standard Ticket tab in a way that whenever the fields of the service category is null , in detail instance not show that field .in client side , with UI policies , this is possible , but in server side i need guidence .

I didnt get response , I need to make a dynamic widget that changes by changing the service category . service category is modifiable from maintain item with UI policies . but this view is being created after making a service in server side .
