Not able to remove example text from Catalog variable

in the variable form i am not able to add the  example text field in form lay out.

Hello Arjun,

'Example text' is not available for variables of type 'Reference' , please check the same with 'Single line' or 'Multi line' text and that field will show up, This is working as expected and do not change configuration. Mark my answer as correct if that helps.
