Predictive Intelligence not working in Service Operations Workspace

Hi All,

I want to understand if there any more steps to enable Predictive Intelligence in Service Operations Workspace.
It is already working in Native UI.
We want to enable the same thing for Service Operations Workspace.

Hi Mark,

I haven't done anything except updated the following plugin:

Recommended Actions - Advanced
App id: sn_nb_action_adv

We already have Predictive intelligence working in Native UI. What else should I do to enable the same thing in SOW.
