I’m troubleshooting an EVAM configuration.
I have two areas showing records: Recently Viewed and Suggested.
The Suggested records are working correctly, but the Recently Viewed section is blank / does not display the expected records.
I have checked the EVAM configuration, including:
- EVAM Definition
- EVAM Data Source
- EVAM View Config / View Config Bundle
- Declarative Action Assignment
- EVAM Record Click event mapping
- Target Payload Mapping
The Record Click configuration uses the Navigation declarative action and the Data Row Item Clicked event. The payload mapping contains:
table = {{table}}
sysId = {{sysId}}
url = {{navigation_url}}
My main question at this point is:
What configuration/data source is responsible for populating the Recently Viewed records in EVAM, and where should I look to determine why the Recently Viewed data is blank?
The Suggested section works, so I’m trying to understand what is different in the data source/configuration between Suggested and Recently Viewed.
If anyone has encountered this issue or knows which EVAM configuration/table/script populates Recently Viewed, I would appreciate some guidance.
