When I try to relogging into service now instance, it opens the recovery account after entering the credentials and authentication code.

Previous things done are :

Instance user role- Admin

Single sign on login - successfully done

Enabled the option for User provisioning

1. In my profile no record is found. Access to few options is restricted.

2. If we click on user provisioning transform map option in identity providers, the below page with no access gets open. This does not happen when we work on new instance without logging out.

3. Also when trying to open users table by entering "sys_user.list" into search bar under "All" , there is no option to add a new user into the table.

Does all these issues are happening with the user role or access provided , please suggest what should we follow to keep going.
