Sample files for Washington DC Learning Courses Not Downloading

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to have new team members complete courses using Washington DC Learning file attachments do not download unless you manually modify the URL and change to an older Release, is this happening to others as well?

Learning Exercise link, try to click on download under Preperation 

1. Download the todoproject.xlsx file.
