Sending scheduled reports to every store and District Manager

We have a small Client with about 100+ Stores.  They've asked for a scheduled report to be sent out to every store and District Manager which would only show the cases relevant to that DM or Store.  We've tried using a dynamic condition in the report that says Account > is (Dynamic) > My Account but receive no records. 

 

Is it possible to report on Account dynamically?  Any other suggestions?
