Service Portal Footer is not sticking to bottom of page

I have a footer for my service portal that is not 'sticking' or staying at the bottom of the page. It goes to the middle of the page instead.

Ideas on how to get the footer to remain at the bottom of the page?

Hi,

Please check theme applied on your Portal.

And on your theme record add footer and make sure to check Fixed Footer checkbox.
