SLA sending emails at odd intervals

We recently set up SLAs and the email notifications are OOTB (sending at 50%, 75%, and breached), but they seem to send at weird intervals. What could be the reason for this?

It shouldn’t be a table issue. Try using the Repair SLA option and check if any delay has been added in the SLA Flow. If everything looks fine and the issue persists, log a ServiceNow support case for further assistance.

@Madelin D ,

One issue might be that the SLA timer or workflow has been modified or delayed (for example by a business rule, timer condition, or repair job), or the thresholds calculated are based on elapsed time including non working hours or pauses which shifts the percentage trigger; I recommend you run the SLA > Repair SLA function to recalculate and check the SLA definition timer settings and notification conditions, then monitor one record in debug mode to confirm that the percentage points line up correctly........
