Is there a document / article detailing the OOTB status synchronization between a request, requested item and SCtasks?
For exemple, if an SCTask is closed incomplete, how would that affect the RITM and/or the REQ? What if an RITM was closed skipped, but re-opened, how would it affect the REQ or tasks? etc.
