Upload Data Records along with attachments using Transform map

Could you please let me know is there any possibility to upload the records into servicenow along with attachments of that particular records using transform map or any other way.

List how/where and which format you are storing attachments?

You can upload attachments through various ways:

Link2: Webservice

Hi Ashh,

Actually my requirement is, there are some records (along with pdf attachments) in Ariba that one of my client want to upload into servicenow table. So they would like to download all the attachments in to their local system and upload the records using csv file along with respective attachments.

So I would like to know how to achieve this scenario.

1. Can we directly upload the records along with attachments from Ariba to servicenow(I am not sure how to achieve)

2. If we download all the attachments into local system, can we upload the records along with attahcments using transform map.

3. If transform map is not possible, is there any other way we can upload the records along with attachments from local system or Ariba
