Upload Data Records along with attachments using Transform map

Could you please let me know is there any possibility to upload the records into servicenow along with attachments of that particular records using transform map or any other way.

If you are doing this sevicenow instance to another servicenow instance..... a simple xml import import will work for you.

 Its from sql database to servicenow instance
