Hi Shreshta,

Basically it is to activate debug logging just for the specific SLA definition.

find below threads for the same:-

Hi Shreshta,

In ServiceNow we have many debugging techniques like Session Debugging, Debugging business rules, so-on so-forth & can be checked from Application navigator by just typing keyword Debugging.

So, if there is a need to debug/troubleshoot SLA ServiceNow has this functionality of available for SLAs where it checks & audits for debugging with conditions like matched/not matched, met/breahed etc. Also, this option is available at the SLA defintion level to ensure if there is any specific SLA that is to be debugged always for a condition check.

Thanks Jaspal.
