Following the instructions in this post: Re: SOW Checklist - ServiceNow Community, I was able to successfully display the checklist in the SOW (Side Panel) checklist component on the record form of my custom table, which extends the task table.
I also created a Declarative Action on the form. When the action is triggered, it:
Creates a checklist for the current record
Updates the current record
The checklist is created correctly, so that part is working as expected.
However, I am running into an issue with the UI refresh.
When the record is updated, the current tab (record form tab) refreshes, but the checklist in the SOW does not refresh or appear immediately. The checklist only becomes visible after I manually reload the entire page.
Has anyone encountered this issue before or knows how to force the SOW checklist component to refresh after the record update?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
