In CSM Configurable Workspace- attachment sections shows no attachments available on catalog task

Hi Team,

Attachments are visible on the catalog task record in native view, where as in CSM workspace/ SOW the attachment are not visible in attachment section on catalog task record. Could you please help me with this. Please find the attached reference screenshots.

The workspace screenshot shows attachment/file associated to that current record

Both are different

@Ankur Bawiskar , Thank you for the response. I am not able to download the attachment form the workspace. When I see this screen with the hyperlink, I click on this link and would assume that the attachment would download or the doc would open or both.

This is the screen that is displayed when the hyperlink is clicked and there is no option to download.
