In this article, we will see how to configure "List Applicability" on service operation workspace lists.
By doing this, you can achieve hiding a specific list for a user, group, roles, companies, location or department or use scripting as well.
➡️ Navigate to the lists on the workspace and click on the list to be configured.
For e.g. Interactions
➡️ Click on the profile icon on the right top corner and select “List Applicabilities”
Incase if you are not able to find the option. Navigate to "Audiences" table [sys_ux_applicability.LIST] and create the criteria. Below are the list out of the box audiences lists.
➡️ Based on the list selected, out-of-the-box list applicabilities are available. You can create of a new list applicability directly by navigating to sys_ux_applicability_m2m.LIST which brings the new record page.
For Interactions,
For Incidents,
➡️ Open the respective applicability record and add roles or user criteria inclusions or exclusions.
Note: Make sure to re-visit the existing list applicability records before creation of similar ones.
Kindly mark this article as "Helpful" if this resolves your query.

Hello Sujatha,
I've tried your instructions, but Configure Page is not an option, and I'm an Admin. Where does this come from or how can I get it?
Thanks!

@gjz Generally it brings up on click of the "List" and selecting it from the profile drop down. In case if you are not able to find it, navigate to Audiences table [sys_ux_applicability.LIST] for creating the audience list.
For mapping the audience to the list, navigate to List Applicability [sys_ux_applicability_m2m.LIST] and create a record.
Thanks for bringing this to notice, shall update the article with these inputs as well.
