Do you want to create your own app? Do you want to know how and where to begin?

This is to take part in ServiceNow's #BuildWithAES Challenge. To demonstrate how simple and easy it is to get an app up and running in ServiceNow using its user-friendly, low-code (but powerful and experienced coders can use it as well) but powerful AES (App Engine Studio).

You can build, automate, and deploy any application using ServiceNow AES (App Engine Studio). It offers pre-built templates for developing applications for both web and mobile platforms.

My experience with AES has been extremely cool and positive because it is so user friendly and simple to use and follow. The learning module in nowlearning, as well as the documents on the servicenow website and community, will be extremely useful in answering technical questions.

My Application with ServiceNow AES

Name: Life Source Blood Request Mangement
Process:

The blood bank is crucial to the treatment of patients. Transfusion-related errors have serious consequences for patients, including death. This includes maintaining an inventory for each blood group, ensuring an average age of blood at the time of issue, and monitoring the amount of blood that becomes out of date or is Life Source Blood Request Management app will make a blood request for their patients. When a ticket is created, the patient will be notified that your ticket has been raised in our portal.
If a ticket is assigned to any person, a second trigger condition will be created. The third notification is sent to the assigned person to notify them of the tickets that have been assigned to you. need to check in on the patient

All 3 trigger emails

condtions :-

1)The first trigger point occurs when a ticket is raised. A notification is sent to the patient that your ticket has been raised.

2)When any ticket is assigned to any person, the second trigger condition is triggered.

3)The final condition for the assigned person. to notify you that these tickets have been assigned to you with complete patient information.

Workspace View :-

Experience in the workplace I used an existing template. There are three types of data visualization techniques. The first data visualization shows all raised tickets. The second data visualization shows groups by blood groups, and the last one shows all blood group requests separated by blood banks. On the final canvas, you will be able to see all tickets and I've set a filter so that only those assigned to me appear in my workspace.

Mobile View :-

Use the ServiceNow Mobile Agent app to update records, coordinate with coworkers, track your location, and work without an internet connection — all from your mobile device. On the table with the blood request form. We have a field for request types where you can find out the blood's urgency.

Let's select one screen.

If you want to recreate it from scratch, I have provided an attachment follow the same steps.

This app took me less than an hour to create. This is a significant improvement over the ServiceNow platform. I had a great time using App Engine Studio. Its major time savor!!This is my entry for the #BuildWithAES challenge. As I am new to the service, I am very excited about the additional features of this platform. This challenge greatly aided my understanding of App Engine Studio, and I also discovered that creating catalogue variables is far too efficient with this.Thank you for this opportunity, ServiceNow.It was a lot of fun to create an app with AES.

Thanks for reading the blog and do provide your inputs/suggestions if any.
