I am sure your ServiceNow Operations team have lot of work already and they don't want spending time on manual work which could be easily automated. Below are the some of the common manual request that ops team generally get -
- Add/Update/Remove Assignment Groups
- Add/Remove members from a group
- Add/Update/Remove Configuration Item (CI)
- Add/Update Task Routing
- Update owner of reports/dashboards.
- Add/Update/Remove ServiceNow Service Accounts
- Minor updates in catalog item (update short description, description, deactivate)
- Create a Catalog Item with generic fields and generic flow (approval to supervisor, generate manual tasks)
