The San Diego Delta Exams are now available.
Delta exams are:
- Available for 90 days only.
- Quick to complete - thirty minutes or less.
- Comprises of ten questions or less.
- Non-proctored - there is no testing center needed.
- Managed and completed in Now Learning for all regions.
- Based on the San Diego Release notes and ServiceNow Store Release documentation.
- Required to maintain your Mainline certification
Steps to take your delta exam :
- Log in to Now Learning
- From the homepage, click the banner message “Let’s Fix This” regarding your at-risk certification.
- You will need to pass delta exam for those certifications that say, “At Risk.”
- Click the arrow icon for each at-risk certification to access the delta exam.
- Once you pass your exam, your certification status field will change to “Current” within 24 hours.
Still Not Getting???
Follow below steps:
- Step 1:-
Log in to Your Now Learning Account:
You will find a Notification Warning for Your Certification which is at Risk.
- Step 2:-
You have to click on Let's fix this
- Step 3 :-
Here, You will find the Start UI Action, Click on it.
- Step 4:-
- Your Exam Window will open, there will be 7 Questions based on Release Notes for San Diego.
- 60:00:00 will be the allocated time.
- No External Cam Needed, Neither any Monitoring for Deltas.
- more than 5 answers should be correct out of those 7.
Once you finish your Exam, review and Submit
Your Score will automatically get displayed on the screen.
- What if Pass:-
- You will get the Delta San Diego Certification badge in your Profile.
- This will automatically gets updated for Your Webassessor Account Too.
Caution:- This Procedure may take 24:00:00 hours. Kindly be patient 🙂
- What is Fail :-
- You can appear for exam again after 23:59:00 of your previous exam submit.
- There are Only 4 Attempts
- Last date of Examination is 3rd August 2022.

Parallel Monitor Your Registered Email ID :
as stated here, webassessor status will take 4 hours to get reflected
Take me to the Achievement Confirms about your Expected Results :
Caution:-
If someone appear for exam on 2nd August 2022 and gets fails, remember exam will not be Available.

- The Delta Exam may costs for (n+2) versions of examination completion.
