Hi Community,
Everything starts in ServiceNow from Incident Management. Here is the most basic video explaining Incident Management with a short demo in San Diego release.
It includes the definition of Service, Incident and Incident Management. As well as, the process of Incident of management configured in ServiceNow. We will see what are different ways to raise an Incident and how can we raise an Incident via Self-Service.
