Last week I passed my Application Developer Certification and I want to share with you some tips :
The scope of the cerification :
- Custom application developement (you have to know how to create an application, set access settings, Application scope ...)
- Security and access restriction.
- Automation (flow designer, worklfows).
- Integration (web services).
- Scripting
Useful resources to prepare :
Most of the questions were related to application scope, few of them from the quizlet, but there were some tricky ones regarding the mobile version, like what APIs are not available on mobile and what type of reports that can be used on it. there were at least 10 questions regarding the mobile app and a couple of other questions about the parent-child tables.
Finally, this certification helped me deepen my understanding of applications scope so I recommended it as the second certification to pass after Servicenow Administrator.
