How to Cancel an ongoing Transaction

Bonjour Community,

There might be times when your ServiceNow is taking longer than expected time to run a query or there is some job running which is making your ServiceNow instance slow.

There are two ways you can go ahead and cancel the ongoing transaction and then restart your work. Here is a short video showing both the ways.
