I've always liked pulling small (innocent) pranks on my friends when I was younger. Even though I've got much older, I still like the occasional fun.
I've found that the number pranks you can pull in a workplace environment is very small and it gets even smaller when you are working as a ServiceNow developer in a medium sized team.
I've heard a funny story where they've changed the notification sound of the built in chat to Never going to give you up by the one and only Rick Astley. This got me thinking what else could we do in the platform to mess around.
Mine might not be as effective or funny as the previous example, but here I go:
You can globally disable the syntax highlighting on Script fields and you can create your own CSS that will be applied to those fields instead.

How to achieve this?
1. Go to your User Preferences (sys_user_preference) table and search for this preference record: glide.ui.javascript_editor. If there are some records already matching your search, simply just delete them.
Afterwards, create a global preference that will apply to every user like this:
2. Create your own Field Styles records
Navigate to the Styles (sys_ui_style) table and click on "New"
Select a table (for example business rule table), select the "Script" field and input your own CSS in the Style field.
Note: you should repeat this step for the most common tables (Scrip Include, Client Script, etc.)
You are done, wait for your colleagues' reaction.
