Yeahh Madridddddddd. Its time for hunting.

Are you loving the new system theme introduced by Servicenow ?(Well !!! I can hear your murmuring- why not)

Ever wondered how you can get the similar freshness for Service Portal as well... Its Easy Peasy..

Open Application Navigator and search for Plugins Module.

Select the Plugins you will be presented with new Plugins UI page (This is again cool update) and search for Service Portal La Jolla Branding.

without second thoughts hit the Install button, you will be presented with the Modal window asking for the confirmation to plugin activation.Hit Activate.

... Tada.. Fresh Service Portal is at your service

On a additional note - new theme is a  WCAG-AA compliance for contrast

Hi,

Thanks for the article. I'm not on Madrid yet, but can you explain a bit more as to what you mean? So are you basically saying that the system theme in the back-end (meaning color scheme basically), can be easily applied right to the SP by activating this plugin? That's all it does? Not sure if this is what you mean, but most people with their company would have their own Marketing/Color Scheme and wouldn't need the default green theme provided by SN? Maybe I'm missing something 😞

Either way, neat?

Sorry! lol
