Great presentation! Love the ideas and thought that you all have put into self service! Wondering if you would be willing to share some of the build specs of the things you did? For example - what are the 100+ best practices you have test the catalog item? The test questions you're asking the citizen developers so we can see how deep you think they should be. We're considering moving to a citizen developer self service model here shortly for catalog items, so this was a fantastic presentation for me, thank you so much!

I echo the others on the excellent innovation as we are always trying to come up with new ways to cut down on requirements thru build & delivery times. With the advent of Flow Designer and then Catalog Builder in Quebec - do you think these could replace the custom scoped application?

Scoped Applications is the way to go for Citizen development. because then you can secure the work, adhere to compliance and use CICD way to deploy the work.
