ServiceNow Washington DC - Create upgrade project plan

Hello everyone, Good day, welcome to ServiceNow Washington DC upgrade video series.
As we know ServiceNow's Washington DC version is going be Generally available in the month of march.
In this video we will discuss on how to create a project plan for Washington DC upgrade.

1. Download template from ServiceNow documentation : Upgrade tools and resources (servicenow.com)
I have downloaded excel version but you ca also download MPP if you have MPP available.
This is how the project plan looks like, it has 7 phases, and its planned to take about 8 weeks of duration.

It has WBS, Name, Notes, I have renamed Start_Date to Template start_date, finish date to template_finish_date, duration, predecessors, I have added Planned start date and planned end date
I have also included formulae in the sheet so that once you update the project start date rest of the sheet automatically gets updated.

2. Update date in the project plan in order to do that start by picking a start date as rest of the dates align to start date.
3. Like any other project plan there are depedencies between tasks / phases so follow those will populating the dates.
4. Updated version of this plan is available on github
